So, I have been attempting to clean all morning. The boys have been "helping." When I vacuumed, they got out all of the vacuum attachments so they could vacuum too. When I dusted, they had to use their dusters to clean the sofas. When I mopped, they had to help mop too. My personal favorite....when I picked their toys, they took them back out as fast as I could get them away. What a morning!
However, we are having a party this afternoon and they are convinced that it is a birthday party. (It is not...it's just a Wardroom picnic.) They are looking for the balloons and party hats everywhere. They are going to be terribly disappointed when they wake up from nap to find that it really isn't a birthday party.
Another day, another adventure.
